SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KGO) -- California Democrats are unveiling legislation in Sacramento that would increase protections for undocumented immigrants.

The $10 billion package would extend health care, legal rights and business protection to immigrants who are illegally living in the state.

It's part of the Democrats' push to expand health care to all Californians regardless of their immigration status.

One possible hangup with the legislation is that it does not provide funding for the extensions.
