San Francisco police target 'bicycle chop shops'

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Police in San Francisco are going after so-called "bicycle chop shops." On Monday, they started a special operation in the Mission District to bust people who steal bikes and sell their parts on the street. Watch the video player above for his full report.
