SAN JOSE -- Firefighters quickly put out a two-alarm fire at a San Jose middle school this morning, a fire captain said.
Crews responded to a report of a fire at Davis Intermediate School at 5035 Edenview Drive around 5:30 a.m., fire Capt. Reggie Williams said.
Fire crews arrived to find the fire burning in the attic space of a multi-purpose room, Williams said.
Firefighters were able to isolate the blaze to the attic and knocked down the fire shortly before 6 a.m., he said.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
