Shoppers break into Jeep to save two kids locked inside hot car

Two children escaped unharmed thanks to shoppers who stepped in after seeing them left inside a hot car.

Cellphone video captured people breaking into a parked jeep at a strip mall in Katy, Texas near Houston.

The temperature hovered above 90 degrees outside and it could have been even hotter inside the Jeep.

It turns out their mother was inside a beauty salon getting a haircut.
