SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- A 41-year-old man accused of repeatedly punching an elderly man inside a restroom at a park in San Jose on Labor Day has been arrested.

Francisco Javier Olivo is being held without bail at Santa Clara County jail after he surrendered to police.

According to investigators, cellphone video shows Olivo assaulting a man at Fowler Creek Park last week.

The fight reportedly started when Olivo confronted the man about exposing himself to Olivo's son.

But police say they haven't been able to substantiate those claims.
