Suspected DUI driver slams into multiple cars in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- An alleged drunk driver is in critical condition after hitting at least three cars then crashing into a parked car.

The series of crashes happened around 11:40 Monday night on Foothill Boulevard near 47th Avenue. Police say a 23-year-old woman crossed all lanes of Foothill in her Honda Civic and did not hit the brakes before the crash

Police are investigating if the driver was intoxicated when the incident happened.
