Suspicious package rendered safe in Castro District

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco police rendered a suspicious package safe after an investigation in the Castro District on Wednesday night.

Police closed the intersection at Market and Castro streets Wednesday night.

Additionally, they advised the public to avoid 18th and Castro streets as well as Diamond and Castro streets.
