Three displaced after house fire in Concord

CONCORD, Calif. -- A Concord family and their dog are safe after escaping an early morning house fire on San Carlos Avenue near Clayton Road.

Crews say the garage was fully engulfed when they arrived around 3:30 this morning and it quickly spread to the house. It took crews about 10 minutes to get it under control. The fire displaced three people.
