Video shows police chase ends in crash, victim freed in Hayward

HAYWARD, Calif. (KGO) -- A dramatic chase ended Friday with Oakland police finding a man tied up in the trunk of a car. The chase went from Oakland to Hayward and ended at Mission and Paradise boulevards.

Surveillance video shows the smashing end to a police chase. The suspects' car crashed into an SUV and spun to a stop.

Two suspects were arrested and accused of kidnapping that man for ransom.
