SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- A woman who claims she was raped by an on-duty San Jose police officer is making some startling new accusations.
According to the San Jose Mercury News, the woman alleges in a lawsuit that officer Geoffrey Graves sexually assaulted at least one other woman just months earlier.
She says the department knew, or should have known about his conduct but still failed to make sure he was with a second officer at all times.
The officer is currently free on a $100,000 bail and has been on paid administrative leave since March.
ABC 7 news tried to reach the officer and department for reaction, but they have not responded.
