Castro Valley neighbors complain about smell, noise from suspected 'bird mill'
Alameda Sheriffs Zoning and Fish and Game departments are investigating a Castro Valley property with 500 exotic birds in the backyard.

ALAMEDA, Calif. (KGO) -- Hundreds of rare and exotic birds were found in a Castro Valley backyard Tuesday.

The birds were found on Jensen Road, not far away from I-580.
