SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Firefighters in San Jose responded to an apartment fire on Tuesday morning and rescued a dog and his owner.

In a tweet, officials said the fire at a building on Ross Circle was contained to just one unit.

Photos show firefighters giving oxygen to the dog inside a vehicle. They say he and the owner will be fine.
