Dog walker ID'd on surveillance video as man kicking beagle

CHICAGO -- A Chicago dog walker caught on camera kicking a dog at a West Loop apartment building has been charged with animal cruelty.

Police say Johnathon Stenholt, 39, kicked the beagle he was walking while inside the elevator of an apartment building in the 100-block of N. Des Plaines on May 26.

A security guard at the building called police after seeing the video. Along with the charges, the dog walker is also banned from the property.
