OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- A group of Oakland Raiders took time off from the practice field to help dogs and cats find homes.

They were at the East Bay SPCA on Tuesday to tour the Oakland shelter.

Darren McFadden and Taiwan Jones want families to open their homes to loving animals, just like they did.

While there, the players also got a demonstration of police dogs in training.
