PHOTOS: San Francisco's first courthouse dog visits ABC7!

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Faber, San Francisco's first courthouse dog, took time out of his very busy schedule to visit ABC7 on Sunday!

The 2-year-old golden retriever got his training from ABC7 newscast director Jerry Sandy and his family. Sandy showed Faber, along with the dog's handler and family, around the building. On his visit, Faber got to meet ABC7 Meteorologist Lisa Argen and anchor Carolyn Tyler.

Faber's job at the courthouse is to provide comfort to witnesses, victims, and children in the criminal justice system.
