PLEASANT HILL, Calif. (KGO) -- The Humane Society is hoping a $5,000 reward will help locate whoever sealed three terrier puppies in a plastic bag and abandoned them at a Pleasant Hill park last week.

The puppies were discovered by a couple walking their dog.

Fortunately, the dogs are OK and are being held at a facility in Clayton until they're old enough to be adopted.
