He's not even a month old, but he's ready for his close-up.

Zoological Society of London posted this video to introduce its newest addition at the Whipsnade Zoo. The hippo, whose name has yet to be announced, yawns, wiggles his ears and even swims around in his digital public debut.
The zoo said that 28-year-old Flora, who has been battling cancer, is an attentive, experienced mom. The cancer did not impact her pregnancy, and the baby is doing well.
He's not just healthy. He's lovable.
"His personality's starting to develop. He's becoming a lot more confident and a bit more inquisitive," said Steve White, the hippo's zookeeper. "He's spending a little bit more time away from mom, just investigating his surroundings."
The zoo also said in a press release that the newborn loves the water and spends a lot of time in it.
"On his first weigh-in, he was so slippery it was like picking up a big bar of soap!"
Though it may be easy to get caught up in the hippo's cute factor, White stressed that the birth is just as important as it is delightful.
"Pygmies are quite endangered in the wild," said White about the importance of the species, adding that males are rare, so this little one will help the population.
Stay tuned for a name announcement. Can you think of any names cute enough to match this face?
