Caltrans denies driver's claim for falling debris on Bay Area bridge
Fremont resident Marco Vailetti filed a claim with Caltrans after a chunk of concrete fell and shattered his windshield on the Richmond-San Rafael bridge. Caltrans denied the claim, and told him he had to report the falling debris before it causes damage.
