BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- The head of UC Berkeley's law school and other legal scholars are accusing President Donald Trump of acting like a dictator by blocking critics from his Twitter account.

Georgetown Law School's Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection filed a Friend of the Court brief against Trump Monday.
The court papers support a lawsuit challenging the president from blocking people from his @RealDonaldTrump Twitter feed.
Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky describes Trump's tactics as, "A familiar playbook for authoritarian regimes."
