Giant meteor lights up sky in Pennsylvania

A fireball lit up the sky in Pennsylvania early Tuesday morning.

NASA caught the meteor on camera as it crashed into Earth's atmosphere at 45,000 miles per hour.

The bright flash and boom terrified those who saw it, but luckily the estimated 500-pound space rock burned up before hitting the ground.
