A woman in Marin City was told she couldn't renew her driver's license because of an unpaid ticket she knew nothing about. So she contacted 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney for help.

MARIN CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- A woman in Marin City was told she couldn't renew her driver's license because of an unpaid ticket she knew nothing about. So she contacted 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney for help.

The woman's name somehow ended up on a national database of suspended drivers. Getting off the list proved difficult. Click here for a link to the National Driver Registry.
