SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Be inspired! ABC7 and the Harlem Globetrotters are teaming up to help end bullying.

In honor of National Bullying Prevention Month, Disney ABC launched its "Choose Kindness" campaign and we want you to get involved!

October 5th is World Day of Bullying Prevention -

We're going Blue to join STOMP Out Bullying for Blue Shirt Day World Day of Bullying Prevention. You can show your support by wearing blue and posting a photo of yourself on social media using #ChooseKindness and #BlueShirtDay2015. October 15th is GLAAD's Spirit Day -
