'Clarence' the curious koala stops traffic in Australia

PORT MACQUARIE, Australia (KGO) -- A curious koala keeps stopping traffic in a busy city in Australia. The koala has been named "Clarence" after the street he has now been spotted on twice.

Witnesses tried to get Clarence to go up a tree but only managed to scare him enough to climb a metal railing.

He was taken to a koala hospital where he was microchipped and then released back into the wild.
