CANONSBURG, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania teenager with terminal cancer married his girlfriend in a ceremony put on by the whole community.

Luke Blanock tied the knot with his high school sweetheart, Natalie Britvich, in front of 200 people on Friday in Canonsburg, Washington County.

The 18-year-old, who's also a basketball and baseball star, was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer just over two years ago.

That cancer is now terminal.

So the town came together and donated everything they needed to throw their dream wedding.

With not a dry eye in the house, Luke was able to walk down the aisle - by himself - without his crutches to marry the love of his life.
