Habitat for Humanity launches fundraising drive for Valley Fire victims

MIDDLETOWN, Calif. (KGO) -- The Lake County chapter of Habitat for Humanity has launched a fundraising effort to help low-income families rebuild and repair homes lost in the Valley Fire.

The organization hopes to raise a $1 million. To be eligible to receive help, applicants must be from low income families, own both the house and the land it's on and be either uninsured or under-insured.
