Riverside Halloween house returns to neighborhood
The lights are back on, and the music is pumping once again. Riverside's Halloween house has returned.

RIVERSIDE, Calif. -- A Southern California house known for its extravagant, and flashy, Halloween light display is back and brighter than ever.

This spectacular show was an annual tradition. Kevin and Amber Judd set up the LED lights, synchronized the music, and invited a community to the 30-minute Halloween-themed event.

But the crowds and the traffic upset the local homeowners association. They pulled the plug on the show two years ago.

This year it's back but in a different neighborhood.

"A lot of positive 'welcome back,' 'this is amazing,' 'glad to see you back,' 'so excited.' A lot of people said this is a family tradition," they said.

Huge crowds turned out for a test show on Tuesday.

The organizers tried keeping the new location a secret, but a passerby figured out what was going on and leaked it in Facebook.
