"It's her getting comfortable," said keeper Emma Molinare. "Like a dog walking in a circle before she lays down to sleep. But the cold glass actually might feel nice against her paws during the hot weather, the warmer weather we have here. We do give her special porcupine popsicles right here to help keep her nice and cool, some showers that she really enjoys, but sometimes you still might see her doing that right before she takes a nap."

Penelope gets excellent care, as Lindsay has a veterinary hospital right at the museum.

You can see her up close, and even pet her, at Lindsay Wildlife Experience Wednesday through Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
