The Harlem Globetrotters surprised tourists in San Francisco by holding an unusual practice on the city's famously crooked Lombard Street.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- You never know what you're going to find just around the corner in San Francisco.

On Tuesday, Harlem Globetrotters player and Oakland native T-Time Brawner asked the bus driver to make a detour to Lombard Street and held an unusual practice on the city's famous crooked street.

Tourists checking out one of the city's most famous landmarks were certainly surprised.

Last week the Globettrotters took time out of their busy schedule to play wheelchair basketball in Oakland.

"It's my first time doing something like this. I know it's difficult because we're able to run and jump and, confined to a wheelchair, you see it from a different view," Harlem Globetrotter "Slick" Willie Shaw said.

Shaw and "Buckets" Blakes got strapped into wheelchairs to play against adults with disabilities and students with and without them.
