SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The Bay to Breakers is this Sunday and runners will see a lot of people dressed as police officers, but they won't be in costume. San Francisco city officials say there will be 20 percent more officers along the route and they will be keeping an eye out for alcohol.

And there's a ban on bags bigger than 8.5 by 11 inches. That's the size of a standard piece of notebook or printer paper.

There is also the issue of nudity. The official policy is no nudity. In addition, part of Alamo Square Park will be gated off to keep revelers from loitering and leaving a mess.

The race begins at 8 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. like other years.
