NFL hosts first-ever women's summit in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The NFL is hosting its first-ever Women's Summit on Thursday in San Francisco.

The focus will be on how playing sports can positively influence young women personally and professionally.

Expected to take part are Serena Williams, Billie Jean King, Jordin Sparks and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

The two-day summit kicks off Thursday morning at 8 and will be streamed online.
