Pacifica American team loses bid for Little League World Series

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (KGO) -- The Bay Area's own Pacifica American little league baseball team lost 11-2 to Nevada Mountain Range in the West Regional Championship game in San Bernardino Saturday night.

The Pacifica team was just one win away from advancing to the Little League World Series.

Bay Area fans gathered at the Pacifica Batting Cages and Vallemar Station restaurant to watch the game.
