A 3D-printed hand that only costs $50 could put a whole new spin on the world of 3D printing.

Jose Delgado Jr. was born without a hand and has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on prosthetics.

A charity group stepped in to make the 53-year-old a 3D-printed hand that only costs about $50.

Delgado says he likes the 3D-printed version better than the expensive prostheses.

He said it gives him 10 moveable fingers and makes life a lot easier, especially at work where he lifts boxes.

YouTube video shows Delgado testing the new hand out.

And the bonus is if it breaks it's easy and cheap to replace.
