SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- What would you do if you started getting someone else's parking tickets and toll fines? That's what happened to one South Bay viewer until he came to Seven On Your Side's Michael Finney for help. There error had to do with a rental car agreement and man who had a similar name.
