All lanes reopen on Highway 85 in Sunnyvale

SUNNYVALE, Calif. (KGO) -- All lanes on Highway 85 in Sunnyvale were closed Monday morning due to an exploded power pole that left live wires on the roadway.

Both northbound and southbound lanes were closed between the Fremont Ave. and Homestead Road exits. All lanes were reopened as of 7:30 a.m.

PG&E crews worked quickly to clear the wires. During the lane closures, drivers were rerouted.
