Bart experiencing up to 20 minute delays

OAKLAND, Calif. -- An equipment problem on the BART tracks is causing a major delay between the Coliseum/Oakland Airport station and the Bay Fair station in the

Dublin/Pleasanton, Fremont, Richmond and Daly City directions this morning, according to BART officials.

BART initially announced a 20-minute delay around 6:55 a.m. concerning the equipment problem and announced that BART trains were experiencing a major delay at 7:05 a.m., but as of 8 a.m. delays were reduced to up to 15 minutes, however, still no information as to when the problem will be fixed.
