Street closures expected Sunday for San Francisco Marathon

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Some streets in San Francisco will be shut-down because of the 38th annual San Francisco Marathon Sunday.

The race, now sanctioned as a USA Track and Field qualifier for the 2016 Olympics, begins and ends at the Embarcadero and Mission Street after winding its way through the city.

Street closures begin at midnight and last through 2:45 p.m.
