Air fare fees increase ahead of Thanksgiving holiday

You won't be alone if you're flying somewhere for Thanksgiving because at least 25 million people are expected to get on a plane sometime this week.

The FAA says more people will be in the air this holiday season than last year.

With all that travel demand, air fares are higher as well. For example, a flight from Seattle to Dallas this holiday season averages $400 compared to around $345 last year.
