The Look Ahead
A level 2 moderate storm on the ABC7 Exclusive Storm Impact Scale will arrive Friday.
Light showers move onshore in the morning before heavier rain develops in the afternoon with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening.
Rainfall totals will range from .50" - 2.5" with the highest totals in our coastal ranges. Winds will be an issue along the coast and in the hills of the East Bay where a wind advisory will be in effect for gusts up to 45mph. Trees down and isolated power outages are possible.
Showers continue Saturday along with the chance of a thunderstorm. For Easter Sunday clouds will depart for sunshine in the afternoon. Warmer weather will arrive next week.
