Good morning! Watch out for patchy dense fog through the morning commute. The fog lifts to sunshine by 10:30 a.m. The earlier sunshine and lighter breezes help boost our afternoon highs by six degrees to 12 degrees. Today will be the first of many, with above average highs away from the coast.

We will be cloudy across the coast tonight, with patchy fog developing over the bay and inland valleys.
