A deeper marine layer and stronger sea breeze takes the heat away for most of us today. Our afternoon highs will be 4 to 14 degrees cooler. The morning clouds return to the Coast by 11 a.m. and remain there all day. Thicker clouds return tonight with patchy light drizzle near the Coast.
