Weather forecast for Tuesday

Meteorologist Mike Nicco has your Bay Area AccuWeather forecast.

Welcome to September! The new month ushers a new weather pattern. The marine layer returns this morning with cooler breezes increasing this afternoon. The morning cloud deck fades between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., except along the Peninsula Coast where they linger unlike yesterday. A deeper deck of clouds may yield a few areas of light drizzle tonight. Temperatures will be nearly the same when you head out tomorrow morning.
