Our thin veil of low clouds won't last past 11 a.m.; even at the Coast we will see total sunshine this afternoon. The drier and calmer air combines with strong sunshine to warm nearly 5 to 13 degrees higher than yesterday's levels. Tonight's lows stay a few degrees warmer than this morning.
