Scattered light drizzle around the Bay and Inland through 9 a.m. and up to 11 a.m. at the Coast. Our sky will transition from low clouds to high clouds late this morning. The lack of early sunshine and filtered afternoon sunshine will shave a few degrees from today's highs. Low clouds and high clouds blanket our neighborhoods tonight with slightly warmer lows.
