High temperatures to hit the East Bay

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (KGO) -- Today will be the warmest day of this week, especially in the East Bay. Highs will be 5 to 15 degrees above average but no new records. Most will have to wait until Friday and Saturday for heat relief.

The East Bay will see highs in the upper 90s and some parts into the 100s.
