KNOW AND TELL: Pickup truck nearly washed away

A pickup truck was nearly washed away into a rushing river in North Carolina.

The state experienced some severe flash flooding on September 29. There were heavy storms and a lot of rainfall.

The road in this particular area completely opened up, almost swallowing the truck entirely.

Twenty-five people had to be rescued across the state in this heavy storm.

There's no word on if this particular driver had to be rescued or if they got out in time before the car fell in.
