OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Oakland city leaders are admitting they don't have a plan for a new stadium for the Raiders as an important deadline looms, according to a report.

The Chronicle reports the city will not meet tomorrow's NFL imposed deadline for a new stadium plan.

The league wants financing plans from Oakland, San Diego and St. Louis in place by the time owners vote next month. Owners will vote on which team will be allowed to move to Los Angeles.
