Highway 17 in Santa Cruz Mountains reopens after fallen tree blocked all lanes

Highway 17 in the Santa Cruz Mountains has reopened after a fallen tree blocked all southbound lanes.
Sky7 HD was overhead shortly after the tree fell, just north of Redwood Estates around 10:15 a.m. Thursday.
No injuries or property damage were reported.
