Oakland police investigate fatal shooting on International Boulevard

OAKLAND, Calif. -- A man was shot and killed this morning on 35th Avenue at International, Oakland police said.

Officers responded at around 4:30 a.m. to a report of a man down in a vehicle. Firefighters and paramedics also responded to the report.

Oakland Police homicide investigators are en route to the scene.
