Magnitude-5.0 quake hits near The Geysers
USGS reported that a magnitude-5.0 earthquake hit near The Geysers in Sonoma County.

THE GEYSERS, California (KGO) -- A magnitude-5.0 earthquake rattled Lake County near the Geysers, about 72 miles north of San Francisco.

The quake hit at 8:41 a.m. Wednesday, its epicenter 4 miles west of The Geysers, about 15 miles north of Healdsburg.

There have been nearly two dozen aftershocks since the quake, the biggest one measuring a 3.0. There are no reports of damage or injuries.
