The incident happened at N. Autumn Street and Julian Street.
When officers arrived on scene, they located a man in the middle of the intersection, suffering from multiple stab wounds.
We are working an officer involved shooting in the area of Julian/Autumn. Officers responded to a “Person being stabbed” call in the middle of the street. Both the suspect and the stabbing victim are deceased. Officers are uninjured. More details to follow.

Police say they spotted the suspect who was on scene and armed with a knife. The suspect did not comply with officers' commands to drop the knife.
The suspect reportedly advanced on the officers, and discharged their firearms in response.
Body cameras were used.
The officers were not injured.
The Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office and the San Jose Police Department's Homicide Unit are conducting a joint criminal investigation.
San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia will speak at a press conference on Monday, May 4 at 1pm.
