SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco police and federal agents conducted a raid this morning at the city's largest public housing development. Sources tell ABC7 News reporter Vic Lee that this raid resulted in multiple arrests and involved the discovery of drugs, guns, stolen cars, and other criminal activity.

Sources also tell ABC7 News the investigation that resulted in today's arrests started more than a year ago.

ABC7 News was there after officers and agents converged on the area at Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn Street near the Cow Palace.

Federal officials say they do not plan on releasing further details about the raids until they're all completed. All they will say is the raids are part of an ongoing investigation.

Vic Lee will have the latest details on this developing story starting at 4 p.m. on ABC7 News. Click here to follow his updates on Twitter.
