7 On Your Side helps San Rafael woman get refund for recalled air conditioner

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney helped a San Rafael woman get a refund for an air conditioner that was recalled.

LG had recalled those air conditioners because they could catch fire. When the company sent Sharon Seifert a brand new air conditioner, she said it didn't work, so she called the company back, but LG apparently refused to replace the machine a second time. And that's when she called 7 On Your Side for help.
